UNIVERSIDAD POPULAR DE LA CHONTALPA
The UPCH arises from an educational project initiated by people from the municipality of Cárdenas in early 1995,which was said to be designed to the current situation (lack of resources) of the state of Tabasco and that the protagonists were from the marginalized class,where everything individual could enter, regardless of race, party,religion, just wanting to transform their conscience,intelligence and moral principles.
