The Executive Power of the State of Querétaro, in response to the social demands of Higher Education, makes efforts to expand and diversify the existing offer in the entity. Based on this, the Ministry of Education in the State requested the Ministry of Public Education to open new institutions of higher education in the Entity, which according to the feasibility studies carried out in March 2011, one of the most Relevant and viable is a Polytechnic University in the Santa Rosa Jáuregui Delegation, within the Municipality of Querétaro, which would allow diversifying the educational offer at the higher level and would meet the demands and expectations expressed by the population of Querétaro in the surrounding town in terms of higher education.
