Juan Agustín Maza University was born on May 4, 1960, in Mendoza, as a non-profit civil society; becoming the first private university in the province and the ninth to be officially recognized nationally.The founding motto "Homo res sacra homini" means "man is a sacred thing to man", a phrase that expresses the guiding principle and spirit that has guided the development and institutional development. Since then,56 years have passed and thousands of people have been trained in our house of high studies under the premises of freedom, intellectual independence, humanism, ethical sense and solidarity.
