Universal Commerce Group is an international Internet holding group that owns and manages 18 international projects in e-commerce: finance, medicine, fashion, real estate, automotive, employment and recruiting. Its mission is to create a digital ecosystem to allow consumers and businesses to interact and provide information in the most user-friendly way possible. The company was founded in 2012 by the group of Ukrainian entrepreneurs and businesspersons. The idea of creating one of the largest Internet holdings in Eastern Europe belongs to the famous Ukrainian entrepreneur and businessperson Gennadiy Vasyukov. The main task was to create and launch the group of projects (later Universal Commerce Group (UCG)), which would represent the whole range of services in the e-commerce niche: from transferring money to selecting goods in the B2B and C2C sectors. For several years, negotiations about possibility of joint activity were held with a number of Internet entrepreneurs. So in 2012, to implement the idea, it was decided to merge with the investment fund Maxima Group (later Noosphere), which managed the popular Ukrainian aggregator Price.ua (all-Ukrainian information online catalog of goods and services), as well as services Avtomax.ua and Krysha.ua (search engine for cars and real estate) at that time. In 2012, on average, the daily audience of Price.ua was 150 thousand visitors. In accordance with company's data for the previous year the number of project partners - online stores increased from 1000 to 1500. The average purchase check on the partners sites Price.ua is about 2.5 thousand UAH. Later the platforms sravni.ua, trud.ua, urok.trud.ua, zagran.trud.ua, rul.ua, metry.ua were purchased and launched. In 2012, Andrey Bronetsky - the general director of one of the world's largest dating sites Mamba.ru. joined the committee of UCG Board members In early 2012, Bronezky bought the domain Aport.ru from the Russian telecommunications company VimpelCom for 150 thousand dollars. In 2000, Golden Telecom paid $ 25 million for this domain. Universal Commerce Group develops the direction of the functional in the field of Big data, which includes the creation of predictive mathematical models, marketing research, consulting in the field of infrastructure development and methodology for working with large data sets. In addition, the company's portfolio includes the development of a database management system based on its own solution. Main projects: PRICE.UA (price.ua) is one of the most popular pricelist platforms in Ukraine, allowing any user to find a product that satisfies him in optimal or discounted price. Aport (aport.ru) is an advanced commodity aggregator, covering almost the entire territory of the Russian Federation. TRUD.com (trud.com) is a massive recruiting job aggregator. NaidiDom (naydidom.com) is the target service of ads for renting, buying and selling land and real estate in Russia. MODASTO (modasto.com) is a successful fashion-aggregator, which allows to quickly and efficiently find branded clothes, shoes and accessories with discounts and at favorable prices. VCENE (vcene.com) - a relatively young platform, that helps to buy and sell various products easy and comfortable. DocGuru (doc.guru) - provides a directory of doctors and clinics in Russia and Ukraine. From the March 1, 2022, UCG has pulled out of Russia and Belarus over the full-scale military invasion of Ukraine.
