U.S. Rentals is the second largest equipment rental company in the United States based on 1995 rental revenues. The company currently operates 80 profit centers in 11 states and in 1996 generated an average of approximately 95,000 contracts per month from a diverse base of customers including commercial and residential construction, industrial and homeowner customers.
