SOG Óleo e Gás and Toyo Engineering Corporation, two companies specializing in the development of complex engineering projects, decided to establish a strategic association in 2012, creating TS Participações e Investimentos SA (TSPI), with equal interest holding, to leverage their competences and technologies in Brazil. SOG and Toyo jontly took part in various successful high complex enterprises for renowned customers in local and foreign market. One of the main objectives of this associa... tion is to contribute to the growth and develoment of the local industry and economy. In connection with this association, two companies were created: Toyo Setal Empreendimentos Ltda. (TSE), engaged in the deployment of ground industrial complexes, and Estaleiros do Brasil Ltda. (EBR), engaged in the deployment of offshore installations for prospection, exploration, production, training and transport of oil and gas.More
