The origin of Transport Services, Inc. can be traced back to 1976, buying, selling and repairing of semi trailers. As the business grew in 1981, Transport Services set up operations on the Westside of Cleveland, Ohio, to include short-term rentals and representing new trailer manufacturers in addition to launching the parts division. By 1985, Transport Services had grown and another move was made to Brunswick, Ohio. This location provided visibility from I - 71 and gave Transport Services three ... service bays and room to expand the parts division. However, a growing trailer rental fleet and used trailer inventory triggered the decision to build what is Transport's current facility, which was completed in 1990. Today, the Corporate Headquarters of Transport Services and all of its satellite locations across the country continue to serve its customers with its Leasing, Parts, Sales and Service divisions.
