Toro Oil & Gas (Toro), formerly Kallisto Energy Corp., is a junior oil and gas company focusing on light oil development and exploitation of known or existing reservoirs in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. It is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, and production of petroleum natural gas properties in Western Canada. It owns approximately 120 net sections of land in east-central Alberta and southern Saskatchewan. Its properties include Hamilton Lake, Alberta; Consort, Alb... erta; Esther, Alberta; Pembina, Alberta; Minnehik- Buck Lake, Alberta, and Valhalla, Alberta. It contains approximately 100 sections of land at Hamilton Lake. The Consort Assets consist of approximately 32.5 net sections. Its Esther property is located near the Alberta-Saskatchewan border and holds over six gross sections. It has an interest in over three sections in Pembina.
