The Tibbits opera house is one of Michigan's oldest functioning theatres. Plays, musical acts, summer professional theatre, entertainment series, and community events bring talented people to the stage 48 weeks a year. With our professional summer theatre, which was named one of the "10 great places to see the lights way off-broadway " by the USA, and Tibbits popcorn theatre, summer is a wonderful time at Tibbits. They provide professional summer theatre, entertainment series, community events, arts alive & art gallery, children's popcorn theatre, Tibbits young audiences, Tibbits teen advisory board (t-tab), branch county community theatre, and children's theatre workshop.
