THE PRINCE AND PRINCESS OF WALES HOSPICE

The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice provides person-centred and family focused care and support new patients and families living with a life-limiting or terminal illness every year. They provide palliative care for people in need. Their team of doctors, nurses, therapists, counsellors, chaplains, social workers and volunteers, treat patients in their own homes, at other places of care, and in the hospice.
