Tetrys' objective is to develop a residential real estate activity on the Brussels-Luxembourg axis. The company has a dozen projects in its portfolio. These are successively : the subdivision or assembly of existing land, the preparation of these plots (servicing), the development of an architect's project, obtaining permits, and in the future, the selection of builders and trades, coordination of construction;
