Ten Twelve is an interdisciplinary design and engineering team from Tallinn. Our core competencies are industrial design, mechanical and mechatronics engineering along with an uncommonly strong background in DFMA, Quality assurance and production management. One of the key drivers behind building Ten Twelve has been that for successful development of technology product you need design, engineering, and design for manufacturability deeply integrated in the same team in a truly balanced proportion... . We are deeply focused on technology devices for serial manufacturing, which enables us to help our customers provide more value to users, save costs in manufacturing and make the whole development process from concept development to commercial products more streamlined and reliable. Both from schedule and finance perspective. Our key areas are consumer electronics, robotics, medical devices, and various solutions for the defense sector. Among other things we have helped to design and develop the world’s smallest general purpose computer some years ago, thermostats found in hundreds of thousands Scandinavian homes, sensors that are used to survey borders of 30 countries around the world and designed medical devices to be the world market leader in dental imaging technologies. We know how to design for some hundreds of units a year or how to scale to 14 million units a year. Due to relatively narrow specialization we are quite international. In the last 2 years we have executed 37 projects to 9 countries around the world from Estonia and Finland to the US and Asia. Over the years we have delivered more than 150 projects. We work with both: startups to start world conquering journeys as well as large corporations to find innovation opportunities.More
