Templestowe College in Australia is regarded internationally as one of the most innovative progressive schools for student empowerment and student-centered learning. Templestowe College began operating in 1994, but our current story really begins in October 2009 when the school took on a whole new direction. School enrollment had fallen from 1000 students to a paltry 286 students because the school had not changed with the times. Just 23 years sevens remained, there was a serious threat of closing the school.
