He will also invite you watch every step of the process and ask any questions you might have, and he will talk in plain English, not in "geek-speak". Or, if you prefer, he will begin the job and let you know when the work is finished, allowing you to tend to other matters while he services your computer. Either way, ... before leaving he will explain (in layman's terms) exactly what he did and he will answer any questions you might have about the work performed. We also offer remote desktop support and pickup/delivery (at a small additional charge) for those customers who would prefer that their service not be performed at their home or business.
