Supportomate develops an autonomous call-center agent that automates conversations over phone and text channels to help insurance carriers reduce the cost of their sales and customer service processes, using a proprietary conversation learning technology. Our conversation learning technology uses the piles of existing recorded conversations to train a fully-automated voice customer service representative, and can be deployed in the enterprise call-center. Because it learns from the existing calls, our technology is capable of understanding multi-directional open conversations, rather than relying on close-ended pre-scripted dialogues.
