We focus primarily on acquiring and owning premium-branded, select-service hotels in the upscale and upper midscale segments of the U.S. lodging industry. Based on total number of rooms, approximately 76% of our portfolio is positioned in the top 50 metropolitan statistical areas, or MSAs, and approximately 90% is located within the top 100 MSAs.
