Spansafe uses the familiar folder tab interface with sub-folders down to 7 levels deep. Spansafe has been enhanced over time, making it possible for administrators to add users whose access was limited to specific folders or subfolders. Another addition was a special log-in system that allows everyone in the organization to access company documents with their email address and password. Branding, auditing, and other features were also added.
