SEA's prime objective is to invest in SEIS/EIS qualified companies with the purpose of achieving successful growth for the businesses over five years until exit. Such investments will... normally require the raising of finance varying from £50k to £1m from their members with the potential of being offered a board seat at the company. South East Angels has been formed together with serial entrepreneurs and investors, with the aim of filling the equity gap for startups in the South East of the UK.
