SOUTH CENTRAL COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM
South Central Community Action Program is to empower families and engage the community to pursue innovative and effective solutions to break the cycle of poverty in South Central Pennsylvania. With a robust history that has constantly evolved to fit the community's needs, SCCAP has helped bring healthy food to thousands of food-insecure families, provide shelter for hundreds of homeless individuals, helping dozens of families move out of poverty, and so much more.
