SOLARI ENERGY

Solari Energy is an Australian based renewable energy and energy efficiency company with a wide base of activities in solar power and energy storage systems, energy efficiency systems including LED lighting and unique water filtration and aeration products. Based in Brisbane, Australia, the company was originally founded by the CEO whilst he was the GM of a solar import and distribution company, being a commercial solar project division originally. The project division commenced in September 201... 1 and Solari became a standalone company in September 2013. Company operations extend to a sales office in Melbourne, Australia, and an overseas office and warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. Geographically the company operates in Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands, with expansion planned to the Philippines and Malaysia. Solari has invested heavily to date in the development of a large solar pipeline, which is in excess of AUD$200M, mainly medium sized commercial solar projects with some large solar projects included in this figure. Solari does not target residential sales in Australia due to the low margins available in this market. In New Zealand, we do target residential and our route to market is with the largest electrical (poles and wires) distribution company in Auckland. Around 70% of all people in New Zealand live in this area. The company is well versed in off grid systems and supplies full turn key off grid solar systems including energy storage to schools and hospitals in Papua New Guinea. Solari has also developed a containerised off grid system for remote communities and villages, which is also well suited to disaster relief efforts. Recently the company has expanded its product line to include energy efficiency ways to reduce consumption including lighting, and uses an Energy Saver financial instrument to attack this market.
