SmithShaper exercisers consist of rolling bodyweight resistance solutions, resistance band equipment solutions and combination bodyweight and resistance band exercisers. SmithShaper products help extend the fitness budgets of our customers by providing more exercises per dollar spent than comparable devices. Depending upon the SMITHSHAPER® exercise solution chosen by our customers, between sixteen and eighty-five different SmithShaper exercises are possible. This exercise variety allows people to vary their workout routine from day to day.
