SLEEP WATCHERS
Vigilantes do Sono is a drug-free self-treatment therapy that helps people with insomnia. It is based on a scientific method known as "Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia". During 2 months, the person is guided by a chatbot called "Sonia". Daily, Sonia teaches sleep techniques and monitors the user's sleep and habits. On average, people that followed our program reduced time to fall asleep by 50% and reduced time awakened in bed by 60%. We have presented these results in the Brazilian Sleep Congress - 2020 and published a scientific article in SLEEP 2021. We offer solutions for people who wish to sleep better, doctors who take care of their patients' sleep, but also for companies as a benefit and pharmaceutical companies.
