SITCA
Sitca provides cooking and decorative carving classes in intensive training programs for beginners to professional chefs. They provide training in thai fruit and vegetable carving techniques and two ornate flower patterns on days 1 and 2. They use easy-to-carve fleshy fruits such as watermelon and cantaloupe.
