SIRC SP ZOO
SIRC is a high-tech company designing and developing silicon integrated circuits and miniaturized, low-power consumption radar sensors in the 6 - 120 GHz frequency range. To stay at the forefront of innovation, SIRC implements a number of R&D projects and contracts for the European Space Agency. SiGe BiCMOS ICs are designed for operation in the 10 GHz, 35 GHz and 120 GHz bands. They encompass transmitters, receivers and complete transceivers for FMCW, SAR and phased-array radar applications.
