Silver Star Insurance operates through the following business segments: Fire, Marine, Motor and Miscellaneous Insurance. The Fire Insurance segment provides cover in respect of loss or damage to client's property against riot strike, riot fire, malicious, explosion, impact, air craft damages, earthquake, atmospheric disturbance, and electrical risks. The Marine Insurance segment provides coverage of goods in transit for both imports and exports through the sea, road, rail, and air transports. The Motor Insurance segment deals with the insurance of road transport such as private, commercial, Industrial and agricultural vehicles and also covers third party liability. The Miscellaneous Insurance segment covers engineering, bond, livestock crop, insurance.
