(NABCO) and Cosmed, Inc. (Cosmed). The Company's Signature Special Situations business unit acquires sub-performing and non-performing commercial and industrial loans, leases, and mortgages at a discount to unpaid principal balance. In February 2011, the Company formed Cosmed. On February 18, 2011, Cosmed acquired certain assets and assumed certain of the liabilities of Costru Company, LLC (Costru). On July 29, 2011, the Company acquired NABCO.
