Shivom Investment & Consultancy was incorporated as Private Limited company on 21st May, 1990 as “G.Raj Financial Consultancy Private Limited in the state of West Bengal under the Companies Act, 1956 vide Corporate Identification Number (CIN) L74140MH1990PLC300881 issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company on 28th july, 1992 .The name of the company was changed to Shiv Om Investment & Consultancy Limited on 14th Feburary,1999.
