SHIFT
Shift is on a mission to build pathways out of the service that didn’t previously exist. Immersive programs help us build data models that predict great matches and recommend relevant opportunities. Our fellows program places transitioning military members in technology internships during their final months of active duty service. Programs range from 3 to 6 months in length and approved applicants work in Silicon Valley while maintaining full military pay and benefits. At the end of the internship, participants will be prepared to accept full-time offers.
