SHARXI
Sharxi provides cheap taxi rides by means of sharing taxis on similar routes! Sharxi algorithm allows for dynamic integration of similar taxi routes. The main requirement is that the routes don't differ by more than 15% by time from the optimal one for each passenger. Hence, we effectively decrease the taxi fare two times without any great deterioration in comfort. Sharxi receives taxi orders from users via Android/iOS app, processes them on the server, and then creates the merged order if sharing is possible. The key is in the dynamic route planning which allows for real-time automated ride-sharing. The service is currently running from Moscow airports.
