SEAT: CODE is a technology start-up based in Barcelona that was launched in 2019 to disrupt SEAT. To pivot from a successful car manufacturer into an even more efficient and successful mobility service provider with fans as customers, they intend to foster digitalization within SEAT. They will succeed at such a challenge by hiring the best talent, building the best work ecosystems, providing the right tools, and empowering them to come up with solutions that delight their customers. The companies are building teams around three product categories: Micro and Mobile, Customer Experience, and Smart Supply Chain.
