Sandown Park loves dogs! However, they are more than just a greyhound track. Keeping the welfare of the greyhound and those responsible for their care at the forefront of our endeavors. They set the standard in greyhound welfare and integrity with their world class racing facilities. In addition to its own rearing and rehoming facility, the club has just invested in the beautifully rustic Toongabbie Lodge as another demonstration of its commitment to greyhounds from birth to retirement. Among th... e club's notable races are the TAB Melbourne Cup and some of the sport's most prestigious events. On the off-track front, the club does not only make its grandstands and function facilities available to a host of community and charity groups, but it is actively involved in a variety of programs and initiatives to enhance the community in which it runs.
