I am Alexander. I'm 26 years old and I work as a Senior User Experience designer, specializing in Customer Experience and Conversion rate optimization. I'm currently working and living out of Oslo, Norway. I love problem-solving, and UX design is a process of solving problems. I like to think of myself as a Design Detective, getting to the root cause of why people have certain feelings about your product. It's not just what you do; it's also what you don't do. As an 11-year-old, I already start... ed programming my own websites and programs for the PC game The Sims. Working closely with Electronic Arts, I learned an incredible amount in development, design, marketing, and my website ended up being the largest The Sims website in Norway. As a skilled entrepreneur, I've been able to use my creativity and problem-solving skills in designing several products, both physical and digital. In the past few years alone, I have started a few companies including an online store for home decor along with complex solutions for larger ERP markets - all of which have allowed me to develop strong business acumen that can be applied across various industries. Whether it's creating brands or working on design projects from start to finish using new technologies like AR; you'll find my professional approach is always endearing and effective as we work together towards your goals. I'm really passionate about UX design and I see it as a process of problem-solving. The core for any conversion optimization campaign is to understand the user's needs, desires, behaviors, motivations, etc., which is why we start by conducting research - both qualitative (interviews) and quantitative (analysis).More
