The rink will be maintained to the utmost degree of cleanliness and maintenance. We will have a first-rate sound and lighting system with the best in music trends. The services will be offered at a competitive price and pricing will be reviewed periodically. We plan to become the premier Urban roller rink in the area within two ye... ars. We will offer the best entertainment, atmosphere, and service in the Dayton Metropolitan Area. It is rare in today's business world to find a true market void. That is exactly what the Zone has done. It is combining the latest in technology with an unfilled need and promises to deliver a high quality new product at a competitive price. Our proposed facility will not have any true competition in the City of Dayton. The RollerZone wants to set itself apart from other roller skating facilities that may offer very limited safety measures. Walk through medal detectors and Sheriffs with hand held wands will keep order in our establishment. The idea of this company is to provide customers with a skate setting that does not exist in any suburban rink. We will also cater to private parties and special groups such as schools, birthday parties, churches and civic organizations. We are going to form an inner city club that focuses on character building and self-respect a unique concept in this industry. We will also get a performance team together.
