Rockbound Investments is a Texas-based boutique private equity firm. The CLASS OF 1998 HOLDINGS ("The 98 Company") was formed as a limited partnership on March 2, 2018, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities Act of 1933 by ROCKBOUND INVESTMENTS, a Texas limited liability company, as its General Partner. The sole purpose of the Partnership is to acquire eight PROFILE BY SANFORD franchises in the Denver, Colorado metroplex and to conduct business as a franchisee through the initial 10-year term of each Franchise and any renewals thereof.
