The proposed facility will be comprised of two buildings, each around 20,000 square feet, and the estimated cost to construct the facility is $7,500,000, plus other development costs and pre-¬opening costs. The facility is consistent with the overall economic development strategy in Ozaukee County, which includes adding good paying, non-¬seasonal jobs, strengthening its health industry cluster to diversify and stabilize the local economy, and building upon the natural strengths of the community (demographic trends, climate, and retiree-¬friendly atmosphere).
