Unless the context indicates otherwise, references to Rainier Pacific Bank prior to January 1, 2001 shall include Rainier Pacific, A Community Credit Union. At March 31, 2003, we had total assets of $530.9 million, deposits of $307.0 million and equity of $42.9 million.
