It operates through pharmacy and BPO segments. It puts customers first in-store development strategy based on building one-on-one relationships with drug-prescribing clinics and hospitals in order to get the pharmacy services that include medical information under the pharmacy segment. The BPO contracting segment includes clinical trials and projects and develops pamphlets and websites for medical institutions to promote sales of pharmaceutical products and provide advice on proper pharmaceutical product.
