Presume is an online platform for recording pre-interviews and evaluating candidates on iPhones and iPads. It forwards specific questions relevant to particular jobs, records the responses on video with audio, and allows recruiters to analyze the candidates based on their written answers. The platform enables employers to pause, rewind, and accelerate the recordings; hold notes throughout the interview, with comments entered in the video itself, on points identified for future recall or as a message to another evaluator; compare answers of different candidates to identical questions; assess foreign language skills, and memorize the faces of candidates.
