Profector Life Sciences (PLS) was established in 2012 as a development stage life sciences business focused on leveraging its patent pending and transformative electrospray platform technology to develop and commercialise a range of best-in-class cell transfection device solutions. Transfection is the term used to describe the process of introducing nucleic acid (DNA, RNAi, siRNA) into cells and is a core activity carried on in commercial and academic research laboratories.
