PRODUCT HEALTH

Product Health Service receives raw Voltage, Current and Temperature data from Connected Hardware (e.g., a 'connected battery') using an embedded GSM module or a wifi connection, which is then stored and processed in their Cloud time series database. Insights are derived from the raw product data by applying Product Health's unique algorithms, developed together with their partners who are based at the University of Oxford. The intelligence is made available to their customers via Product Hea... lth API or Dashboard for a low-cost monthly per unit monitored service fee. Manufacturers and distributors are able to integrate product intelligence with their own CRM, which means that customer service, sales and maintenance activity is informed by real world data from their customers' product. They use well known open standards, such as HTTP and JSON, to make connecting to Product Health API a simple and easy process. The API is described at Product Health Developer Centre.
