Originally, arvato and Gruner + Jahr each held a 37.45 percent share of Prinovis. Now Bertelsmann SE & Co KGaA directly owns 74.9 percent of the shares, with the remaining 25.1 percent held by Axel Springer SE. The company does business as a Prinovis Limited & Co. KG.
