Pressure Analysis Company (PAC) designs and manufactures wireless impact sensors that detect and track direct impacts with the highest sensitivity and accuracy. PAC holds the exclusive option to license the technology developed by University of New Mexico researcher and PAC team member Dr. Scott S. Sibbett. Their sensors are proven to be more sensitive and accurate than other accelerometer-based sensors during a series of tests at Los Alamos National Laboratory. In August 2015 the team completed... the ABQid business accelerator program and is developing prototypes that will be tested on the field. PAC was founded in 2013 as an S-Corporation. Their first product, SmackCAP Athlytics™, is a skullcap for athletes in contact sports that tracks every hit, every time. When an athlete is hit, the impact data is wirelessly transmitted to sideline staff in real time via our mobile application. The data is also stored in the cloud, so an ImPACt Scorecard™ can be made available to athletes and their doctors as an added layer of information to assess risks, performance levels, and technique.More
