PRAIRIESKY ROYALTY

PrairieSky Royalty was formed to acquire fee simple mineral title lands predominately in Alberta with the objective to generate significant free cash flow and growth to its shareholders through indirect oil and gas investment at a relatively low risk and low cost to PrairieSky Royalty. PrairieSky owns approximately 8.0 million acres of fee simple mineral title lands and has 8.1 million acres of gross overriding royalty interests in Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Manitoba. PrairieSky Royalty will encourage third parties to actively develop its properties, while strategically seeking additional petroleum and natural gas assets that provide it with medium-term to long-term value enhancement potential.
