POMORSKI PARK NAUKOWO-TECHNOLOGICZNY GDYNIA

Pomeranian Science and Technology Park (PSTP) was established in 2001 in Gdynia from initiative of Pomeranian Technology Centre and Gdynia City Hall. PSTP is the perfect habitat for businesses and institutions of the global knowledge economy. PSTP is located on 6 hectares in the very centre of Gdynia (map). In the past the grounds occupied by PSTP were used as a public transport depot. The area was revitalised and prepared for the needs of modern companies through renovation works co-finance... d by the European Union funds - Phare 2003 Social-Economic Cohesion Fund - "Strengthening of the Pomeranian region's competitiveness through development technology and innovations for entrepreneurial behaviours - the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park". The conducted construction works included modernisation of arch halls, reconstruction of the inner communicational system and developing the surroundings and modernisation of administration's building. In 2006 there was made available 9000 square meters business area. New companies could benefit from premises and laboratories at the highest standard as well as from facilities such as: conference and exhibition halls, prototype rooms, recreation area and catering hinterland.More
