Phoenix Community Services is a company, established on December 17, 1997. We began with only 2 consumers and one home in Anderson. Within 3-4 months our consumer base increased to provide services into surrounding counties due to the closer of institutions. They were looking for waiver providers to provide care for the individuals. All of the consumers are developmentally disabled adults.
