Pharmacy HIT Collaborative Patient care services delivered collaboratively are integrated into the national interoperable health information technology framework. A primary goal of the Collaborative is to foster the meaningful use of standardized electronic health records that support safe, efficient, and effective medication management, continuity of care, and access to pharmacists' patient care services alongside other members of the patient care team.
