PayPrior is a web-based consumer service that enables users to crowdfund restaurant bills from groups of people with ease. It was launched by founders Blake Nielsen and Matthew Rossetti, and co-founders David Fishman and David Pilla in May 2012. Its operations are based in Chicago, Illinois.
