Pacific Rim Partners is a private firm based in the United States and Japan that invests in, acquires and builds companies in partnership with operating management and provides growing companies with a range of advisory services and access to capital. It is seeking to bring its merchant banking capability to certain of those transactions as well and frequently act as a principal therein. Pacific Rim Partners was founded in 2002 with the goal of becoming the most highly recognized and capable advisory firm in the Japan-US transaction corridor.
