When a user enters the Oyama app, they join an anonymous community, where one can relate to other users’ stories. You can give helpful advice and positively encourage one another. At the core of our app is our personalized journal, which mentors you to express yourself and guides you through a motion of evidence-based psychotherapy exercises to help you build healthy and sustainable habits. You’ll learn, practice and process your thoughts, feelings and behaviors to increase your understanding of yourself.
