ORCACHAT
OrcaChat provides these benefits by having an on-demand pool of existing customers. At first, purchasing data is used to identify existing customers. Then, a friendly email is sent to recruit these customers to download the app. Once on the app, existing customers receive push notifications when they connect with a shopper. After each conversation is complete, the existing customer is rated and receives a certain amount of coins based on how 'genuine' they were. As customers earn coins, they can use them as currency in the in-app promo store.
